The Details

We just got off the phone with Charlie Fulton, and we are pleased to announce that "A Song for the Wounded" has officially been awarded the title of "Best Religious Video"! Yeah!!!!!!!

With that said, Avid will be shipping us their Liquid 7 Video Editing Software package, with the cost averaging around $500. They are also going to post the video on their website where it will be available for streaming around mid-April. Also, keep an eye out for the May 2007 issue of VideoMaker, where they will officially announce the results.

This is a very exciting time for us! Thanks again for everyone's support and encouragement!

New DVD Releases

Things are starting to pick up at Crater Productions!

It's been a fairly slow fall and winter season, we regret to say. One of the many difficulties of running a business while the main producers are in school is finding time to keep up with making new projects. But now, we have several new things to update about.

Announcing the release of "The Choice" special edition! This DVD features both "The Choice" and "A Song for the Wounded" short films, as well as a "Behind The Scenes" documentary, edited by our own John-Michael! It also features production slideshows for both films and a storyboard comparison. Along with all of this, we are going to add some never-before-seen footage for our short film that was unfortunately shelved. Watch and listen as the producers talk about the film and why it was never completed in a special audio commentary.

These Special Edition DVDs are available to preorder now for a small charge of $1 each. We would love to give these out for free, but we request the $1 to help us cover duplication costs. Order yours today!

We are also releasing, in limited supply, "Live, from the Daily Grind", a coffee shop performance by Christos Soter, which was filmed in the spring of last year.

Things are starting to pick up around here so we will try to keep you as updated and informed as possible. Please check back often!
